Mary, a partner at the firm since 1984, boasts a wealth of experience in operational audits, reviews, and tax engagements.

Mary earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Global Management Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mary is a frequent speaker on health care, accounting and tax issues. She was selected as Chairperson for the Health Care Consulting of Associated Regional Accounting Firms.  Mary also participates in various volunteer activities.

Milton is a partner and joined the firm in 1981. His practice areas include auditing, financial reporting, consulting and tax services.

His experience in these areas has been with a variety of industries including wholesale, retail, governmental, homeowner associations, and service-type industries.

Milton obtained a degree in accounting from Loyola University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. Milton has served on various boards and committees of professional and civic organizations.

Jenny serves as a partner, bringing a wealth of experience in auditing, financial reporting, and tax services across a diverse range of industries such as manufacturing, retail, real estate, and non-profit sectors.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1992 and became a member of the firm in 1994.

She is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Global Management Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jenny participates in various community activities. She has served on the Finance Committee for Divine Mercy Parish, on the Professional Advisors Council for the Catholic Community Foundation, and as Secretary of the Children’s Gaucher Research Fund.

Since joining the firm in 2004, Mitzi has specialized in providing comprehensive advisory services to closely held businesses. Her expertise encompasses a range of operational aspects, from designing accounting systems and managing taxation to enhancing internal controls.

Mitzi earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1997, and attended the Pre-CPA program at the University of New Orleans in 2004. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor specializing in start-ups and closely held businesses.

She is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves as President of the Haynes Academy for Advanced Studies PTO board and participates in various community activities.

Brian brings more than 20 years of extensive accounting experience to the table.

His career commenced at a prestigious Big 5 accounting firm located in Atlanta, followed by a significant tenure at one of the largest accounting consulting firms. Most recently, he has served as CFO and partner at a leading oil and gas company, showcasing his diverse skills and expertise in the field.

In Atlanta, Brian honed his expertise in business valuations and corporate acquisitions while working for two leading national accounting firms. He returned to his hometown in 2012. As a co-founder and the CFO of Aquasize, LLC, a frac sand mining operation catering to oil and gas drilling enterprises, Brian played a pivotal role until the company was successfully sold in 2015.

He is a Past-President of the CFA Society of Louisiana, Past- President of the Rotary Club of New Orleans, and a board member of the New Orleans Estate Planning Council and the Gulf South Angels.

Brian is a CPA, ABV (accredited in business valuations), and Charter Financial Analyst. He graduated from the University of Georgia.

Diane became a part of our team in 2002, bringing with her an extensive background of over 20 years in accounting. She specializes in auditing and financial reporting across various industries, with a particular focus on Unions and entities related to Unions.

She possesses extensive experience working with these unique entities, demonstrating a deep understanding of their operational procedures, filing mandates, reporting guidelines, and other legal obligations they must adhere to.

Diane received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans in 1977. She holds memberships in both the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kristin currently holds a partner position at Pedelahore & Co., LLP, where she has dedicated over 15 years to assisting small businesses and individuals in enhancing their operations and ensuring tax compliance. She boasts a wealth of experience in both taxation and accounting, making her an invaluable asset in her field.

Kristin, a lifelong Tangipahoa Parish resident, graduated top of her class with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2009. She has honed her expertise as a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, with a focus on serving closely held businesses.

As an active member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Private Practice Sector, Kristin contributes significantly to her field. Her commitment to her community is evident through her roles as Secretary/Treasurer of the Tangipahoa Economic Development Foundation and past Treasurer of the Greater Hammond Chamber of Commerce. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kristin dedicates her time to the finance committee at St. Joseph Catholic School and actively participates in various local activities.

Jeremy, a partner since 2024, is dedicated to serving a diverse range of small—to medium-sized businesses and individual clients. With expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory services, Jeremy finds satisfaction in his profession through fostering excellent client relationships and actively contributing to his community.

He achieved his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2013, followed by a Master of Business Administration in 2016, both from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Jeremy is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves as the Financial Advisor for the Epsilon Phi Chapter of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, and has held positions within the Tangipahoa Chamber of Commerce and Southeastern Louisiana University’s GOLD Council.

Dennis is a manager and a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a wealth of expertise in income tax management and financial statement audits. As a dedicated professional, he has been an integral part of our firm since 2014, contributing significantly to our commitment to excellence.

Dennis’ proficiency in navigating the complexities of income tax regulations and his meticulous approach to financial statement audits make him an invaluable asset to our team. His keen analytical skills and attention to detail ensure that our clients receive accurate and comprehensive financial insights.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dennis is an active and engaged member of his community. Since 2018, Dennis has served as Treasurer, Vice-President, President and now Past-President of the St. Philip Neri Men’s Club, a service organization for the School and Church Parish.  He continues to demonstrate leadership and commitment to fostering community bonds. This reflects his dedication to making a positive impact beyond the realm of finance.

Dennis’ educational journey includes graduating from Brother Martin High School and earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of New Orleans in 2004. After working in the banking industry for 10 years, his dedication to professional growth led him to the UNO pre-CPA program, where he honed the skills necessary for his successful career in accounting.
